Description from the seller

Splendid pair of candlesticks from the second half of the 1700s, made of mercury-gilded silvered metal, hand-forged. The silvered part remains and can be seen from the inside, where the screw holding the candlestick is visible. The forging is noticeable on the end part, which unscrews, and the threading and inner nail are also evident.
The workmanship is impressive with a first circle diameter 13 cm with a round of work from here rises the candlestick worked as in the photo which ends with a wax holder and a punch that was used to place the candle. It is 34 cm high up to the wax holder and 43 cm all the way to the end.
A splendid pair of candlesticks different from those typically found in stores.
They were part of the furnishings of the family palace that I am selling due to its large size.
My ancestors placed great importance on the house, considering it a business card, and they always commissioned new items to renew the furnishings.
Pictures speak louder than words.
For shipping I use private couriers and not the post office so that it arrives first and has double packaging.
It is rare to find such couples.
Shipping costs vary depending on whether it is Europe zone 1 or 2, such as Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Eastern European countries, or zone 3, such as Norway, Malta, and Cyprus, and the rest of the world.
Customs duties will be borne by the buyer.
