Coco de mer or sea coconut Lodoicea Maldivica

A magnificent specimen prized by discerning collectors.

The coco de mer is a species endemic to the Seychelles, more precisely on the island of Praslin, it is the largest seed in the world, recognizable by its shape resembling a woman's buttocks.

Its export has been prohibited since 1994, which is why its value has increased sharply.

Very good condition, emptied for better preservation, very beautiful specimen, circumference of 740mm.
