Stunning antique finely carved bull head stick pin, possibly made of cattle bone, commonly used as a decorative accent on clothing like lapels or hats. Stick pins, also known as tie pins, gained popularity in the early 19th century and were commonly used by English gentlemen.
Stick pins like this were particularly popular during the Victorian and Edwardian eras and are often considered collectible antique jewellery pieces.
An unusual and unique stick pin dating around 1900’s.
Measurements
Length approximately 6 centimetres
Weight: approximately 2.30 gram
Not Hallmarks, tested as low carat gold
