Mini Arceo is a table lamp inspired by numerous Roman architectures such as aqueducts, triumphal arches or even the surroundings of the “Canopus” of Hadrian’s Villa in Tivoli.
The lamp is part of the furniture collection "Archetypes": A celebration of past Greco-Roman architecture and aesthetics with a reflection on the industrial processes we use today.
Mini Arceo is made with anodised aluminium, frosted Plexiglas/acrylic and dimmable warm LED light. Designed and assembled in our studio in Eindhoven.
The lamp is equipped with a touch switch to dim the light. Press one time to turn it on or off and stay longer to change the intensity lower or higher.
The plug works on sockets 220v, type E & C (Europe). Can be adapted if needed

Studio JOACHIM-MORINEAU is a design studio founded by Carla Joachim (FR) and Jordan Morineau (FR), based in Eindhoven (NL).
Carla and Jordan intend to produce a modern language, at the edge of collectible design and functional objects. They believe having influences from the past creates emotional and visual links with the users. By reflecting on their current design practice and studying more crafts and industrial techniques, they pursue their research for new aesthetics and surprising outcomes.
