AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

In The colours of Rum series at number 1 you’ll find a 13-year-old Foursquare distilled in 2007. This Rum spent 11 years in the tropics and was matured at Ex-Bourbon cask and later in Ex-English Malt Whisky cask for almost two years. Bottles came in ultramarine blue packaging. The ABV is 61,6%.

Tasting Notes:
“Colour: deep gold. Nose: rather very hot [..] So on vanilla, soft dried fruits, raisins, plum jam. [..] Honey, orange blossom water, earl grey, mead, raisins. Some awesome grassy notes in the background, rather around eucalyptus. A wee metallic touch as well, which always works in my book. Oh and hay, farmyard… Mouth (neat): too rounded and sweet, too easy, too dangerous. Quick… With water: there, we tamed it. [..] Finish: same. Mandarins and liqueurs once again. Comments: another excellent and rather easy one. ”
