Height: 17 cm
Since these are handmade products, there may be slight variations in size and color compared to the photos and among different pieces of the same series.
A hand-shaped and turned vessel, with pinkish glazed tones on a body of white chamotte gres clay at 5%.
On the surface of the vase, you can notice an impression of flowers; the effects on the vase are created with salt, sugar, and coffee.
The artifact was created using the Saggar process. This technique is characterized by its spectacular and unpredictable aesthetics, with glazes and decorations that often produce unique and unrepeatable effects.
The artifact was fired in a first firing in a neutral atmosphere for about nine hours at 930°C, and subsequently, after applying the glaze, it was fired in a second firing in a gas oven at 880°C.
There is nothing toxic or dangerous that could leak out; this vase is solely decorative, so do not put water inside. Clean with a dry cloth.
Remember, this is not mass-produced factory ceramics; each vase is unique. All pieces are entirely handcrafted, turned, and glazed in my studio in Lecco, Italy.
