This manual press, entirely made of painted cast iron and solid aluminum, is an object that combines functionality, craftsmanship, and retro charm. The screw mechanism allows for strong, progressive pressure, making it ideal for:
to mash potatoes
to process vegetables
Prepare purée, gnocchi, passata, and light doughs.
The most valuable element is the complete equipment: 6 interchangeable metal disks, each with different perforations to achieve various textures. Such a complete set is now very rare to find.
