That certainly applies to this beautiful example of the BeoGram 4003. Out of love for this brand and this product, I had this BeoGram refurbished by a former B&O employee, who, with passion and attention to detail, delivered a superb result.
Of course, new strings, cleaned and lubricated, fully tuned and adjusted, and also some aged components, such as most of the electrolytic capacitors, were replaced as a precaution.

In order to make the BeoGram compatible with modern audio equipment, an authorized RIAA preamplifier was built in, which also affected the price.
The dust cap is nicely polished and adjusted, and the MMC-4000 element is also in excellent condition.
This results in a price that catches the eye at first glance, and also immediately signals that this is a superb bargain for an exceptional turntable.
