VAN BERKEL’S PATENT-ROTTERDAM HOLLAND in excellent condition and restored by a specialist (NON-CE).
Year of construction: 1962
Slice from very thin to slices of 15 mm.
Integrated grinding unit: the blade can be sharpened quickly and easily.
Sustainable and vintage design with silver detailing and simple operation.
De Berkelette is a slicing machine built from standard units, manufactured using the most modern fabrication methods from the 1960s and 1970s.
De Berkelette is a fast and compact machine, with a very modern design for its time and still an icon today.
Thanks to the application of special material for the housing, the machine can be cleaned quickly and easily.
The material used is completely corrosion-free, resistant to acids and alkalis, oil and grease, light, hard, and resilient.
Lubricating the machine is completely unnecessary. All moving parts are equipped with entirely self-lubricating bearings.
A compact, fully integrated grinding device protects the grinding stones from dust and grease; it can be quickly adjusted to the correct grinding setting.
The polishing device forms an integral part of the machine and cannot be lost or damaged by falling.

Color: Berkel glossy black finished with a silver lining in a two-component lacquer.
The stainless steel parts are polished.
Operation: half electric (switch and wiring renewed).

Our service maintains the original specifications, quality, and testing standards of the manufacturer during the revision of the electric motor.
Current: alternating current 220 and 127 V, 50 Hz. Unfortunately, the indicator light is defective.
