Circa 12th-14th century AD
This striking glazed pottery tile is formed as a rectangular openwork panel framed by a narrow raised border enclosing a calligraphy. The surface is coated on the front with a glossy glaze in deep blue and green tones.
Dimensions: 20cm x 14cm x 2,5g
Provenance: Private European Collection; formerly acquired from old UK and European collection formed since the 1970s.
