A Bohemian crystal vase by Moser Karlsbad, Art Nouveau circa 1890–1910, in purple amethyst with hand-painted enamel and gold decoration, height 25 cm, neck diameter 7 cm, width at the widest point 6 cm, signed 'Moser Karlsbad' under the base, in excellent condition with minor wear under the base.

Magnificent antique Bohemian blown crystal vase, signed 'Moser Karlsbad,' a renowned Bohemian manufacturer famous for the quality of its crystals.
This vase is distinguished by its beautiful violet-amethyst hue, typical of productions from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, as well as by its hand-painted decoration: gilded floral motifs and a delicate enamel ribbon, applied with great finesse.
The slender shape, slightly flared at the top and with a clear base, is characteristic of decorative pieces from the Art Nouveau period (circa 1890–1910).

Color: amethyst violet with translucent base.
Decor: hand-painted enamel, with fine gold leaf gilding.
- Signature: 'Moser Karlsbad' engraved under the base, a signature used by the workshop between the late 19th and very early 20th century. It is an authentic marking sought after by Bohemian glass collectors.

La Cristallerie Moser is a manufacturer of high-quality luxury glass based in Karlsbad (Karlovy Vary), Czech Republic, in Bohemia.
The company is renowned for its delicate stemware, decorative glassware items (such as vases, ashtrays, candlesticks), luxury glass gifts, and various art engravings. It is for its quality that Moser is one of the most collected decorative glasses of the 20th century. They have been used everywhere, from palaces to local restaurants.
The original company of Ludwig Moser & Söhne, founded in 1857 by Ludwig Moser (1833-1916) in Karlsbad, is a glassworks workshop, initially polishing and engraving glass and later designing and creating objects in colorless and decorated glass of the highest quality.
The engraving of raw glasses by Loetz, Meyr's Neffe, and Harrachov was carried out by the workshop at the very beginning. During the 1873 Vienna International Exhibition, it received a medal. Ludwig took over a glass manufacturing company in Meierhofen near Karlsbad in 1893 to offer a complete glassmaking service employing 400 people, under the name Karlsbaderglasindustrie Gesellschaft Ludwig Moser & Söhne, where his sons Gustav and also work.
