Description from the seller

This pair or duo of porcelain Cacatoes from the 1930s is signed by Karl Ens Volkstedt.
This superb representation comes from the Manufacture de Saxe (Made In Germany).
Each of these handcrafted pieces is unique.

They are true gems, ideal for bird lovers, Art Nouveau enthusiasts, collectors, and highly decorative pieces. They will bring softness and exoticism to your interior.
Your guests and visitors won't be able to help but gaze upon this magnificent ensemble, true fatal beauties, works of art. You can feel the artist's sensitivity through their creations.

Excellent condition (very slight flaw on a crest).

On the Karl Ens Volkstedt manufacture:
Founded at the end of the 19th century, the Porzellanfabrik Karl Ens quickly established a specialty in porcelain birds. Along with Meissen and Dresden, Karl Ens's manufactory is one of the main signatures of the famous Saxon porcelain. Still highly sought after and appreciated by connoisseurs and collectors, with nearly 400 models that all unanimously recognize the craftsmanship of the manufactory, the finesse of the colors, and the delicacy of the figures, notably due to the tenderness of the animals' postures.
It should be noted that each piece is handcrafted. For a single bird model, multiple molds are used; the pieces are then assembled to form the figurine.

Dimension: height 21cm

Careful shipment.
