Historic Note
unfortunately I don't know much about this portuguese maker, Luso Toys; even though they started their production approximately when I started with collecting models, the first part of the Seventies - as far as I knowit was a small company not connected with the older maker "Metosul" or, later, with Vitesse. Their first production were mostly competition cars; Opel Kadett GTE, Porsche 935, Lancia Stratos, Lola T294 Sport - must be underlined like their very first models were in plastic. The quality was not top, but, today, represent an important story of the "Luso" model production... which means in ancient portuguese ... Portugal ...
