Sardinia IV issue. Effigy of Vittorio Emanuele II, 20 centesimi dark cobalt, no. 15b, new without gum, very fresh and well preserved in the very rare color, in mint condition. The specimen shows an imperceptible transparency in the center. The stamp is mounted on a historic official Bolaffi cardboard. Certified by Cardillo. Sassone catalog €5000.
