The packaging must remain unopened.
No new damages, creases, cracks, or deformations.
The set must be returned completely and unchanged.

This includes high-resolution photos of the packaging, a detailed visual inspection, and additional internal control steps to clearly document the original condition.
In the case of returns, a re-examination is conducted based on this documentation.
