Philips - BF 341 A Tube radio

Valve radio from 1954 produced by Philips in Paris.
Model with an exclusive design featuring an elegant piece of furniture made from white plastic resin.

Five valves, four wave bands (PO-GO-OC-BE) plus Phono input. Volume control, tone selector, radio-phonograph switch, tuning search, and band change. Rear adjustable ferrite antenna.

The furniture has no cracks or breaks, and the tuning dial is perfect. Although there are some signs of age on the knobs and the front grille, the overall condition of the radio is good.

The radio works
Please note that in many countries, national channels on the old wave bands (PO, OC, GO) have been discontinued. However, after sunset — when the propagation of electromagnetic waves improves — it may still be possible to receive broadcasts from countries where such transmissions are active. The quality of reception still largely depends on the geographical area where the radio is used.
For these reasons, although it is functional, the radio is primarily offered at auction as a collectible item and display piece; the photos are an integral part of the description.

The radio will be properly packed, and the shipment will be insured.
