Beautiful, fully hand-carved gamelan ensemble from Bali, consisting of 12 individual figures with various instruments and two dancers, plus the original wooden stage with an ajour carved back panel and gong.

All figures are individually carved from light tropical hardwood (usually hibiscus or suar) with typical details.

Musicians with gendèr, kendang, gong, drums, ceng-ceng, and metallophones.

Two traditional Balinese dancers with fans.

beautiful traditional headscarves and clothing patterns

Original white stir sticks (cotton or string), partly present.

Beautiful round stage with an openwork edge.

The set is exceptional due to the number of figures and the fact that everything is still complete and fitting – these ensembles are often incomplete over the years.

Dimensions:

Height of back panel: approx. 13 cm.
