A rare black stone eart mother fertility talisman from the ancient Western Asiatic, Bactrian culture.
1st Millennium BC or younger and might be a replica .
In good condition. It has been cleaned by hand, but the nice antique patina is preserved. Original, ancient, hand cutting,carving and grinding. Traces of use and age on its surface.
Purchased 2000 in Brussels by Dr. Zelnik on the local art market.
