Rated Excellent on Trustpilot.
Pair of table lamps in crystal, in good used condition with minor aging traces, mid-century modern style dating to 1950–1960, from Belgium (Liège), with one pink lamp about 21 cm high and 12 cm wide and the other clear lamp about 25 cm high and 16.5 cm wide, both fitted with E14 sockets and old wiring and not electrically tested.
Description from the seller
Beautiful pair of solid crystal lamp bases with a freeform, sculptural, and fluid shape, evoking a frozen organic movement. These two complementary pieces offer an elegant contrast between color and transparency, perfect for harmonious decor (bedside table, console, or living room).
Probably Val Saint Lambert (not confirmed).
The pink lamp
Probably Val Saint Lambert from the 1950s-1960s.
Delicate violet/pink hue (pale alexandrite depending on the lighting), typical of mid-century creations by the Belgian manufacture.
Total height with socket: approximately 21 cm.
Maximum width: about 11 cm.
Weight: approximately 1.5 kg.
Unsigned (compliant with most lamps in this series)
Original E14 socket, old wiring.
The transparent lamp.
Similar free form, very fluid and sculptural.
Massive clear crystal, probably from another Belgian or European manufacturer (no visible brand, origin unconfirmed Val Saint Lambert).
Height without socket: 25 cm
Maximum width: 16.5 cm
Weight: about 1.5 kg
E14 socket added, old wiring.
Very good overall condition for the two pieces.
Crystal clear and brilliant, without notable shine or cracks. Some discreet micro-scratches on the bases (normal for vintage pieces from that era). Magnificent color and transparency, superb reflections.
Important: Neither of the two lamps has been electrically tested for safety reasons. An inspection and compliance update by a professional are recommended before use.
A rare and decorative duo, ideal for creating a warm and refined atmosphere. The pink Val Saint Lambert lamp is particularly prized for its changing hue, while the transparent one adds a touch of purity and light.
The lot will be shipped with extreme care, in ultra-professional, insured packaging (enhanced protection of the fittings and fluid forms).
