Set of three Art Deco crystal pieces in the Luxval Val Saint Lambert 'Côtes plates A' pattern, Belgium (Liège), circa 1935, including a beurrier couvert and two dishes, in transparent crystal with strong green UV fluorescence, model Côtes plates A, beurrier about 16 cm in diameter and 5 cm high (12 cm with lid); dishes 18.5 cm and 20 cm diameter, weights 600–750 g per piece; excellent vintage condition with minimal signs of wear.

Covered butter dish 'Côtes Plates A' – Luxval Val Saint Lambert – 1935 – Fluorescent crystal as well as two plates.
Very beautiful and rare butter dish with lid from the Art Deco service Luxval, model 'Côtes Plates A,' created in 1935 by Charles Graffart & René Delvenne.
Technique: pressed-molded crystal Luxval
- UV reaction: strong intense green fluorescence (uranium) – typical of the finest productions from 1935.
- Signature: a raised mark beneath the 'VAL SAINT LAMBERT' base.
- Diameter: 16 cm
- Height: 5 cm without lid – 12 cm with lid
Weight: 600 g
Decor: large flat vertical rays radiating, conical grip lid, slightly scalloped edge.
Condition: excellent – no scratches, no chips, perfect shine.
An object that is both useful and highly decorative: stunning on a breakfast table, in a candy jar, or simply as a small Art Deco piece that literally lights up under UV lamp.
