A lot of 20 antique necklace beads from the ancient Burmese, Pyu culture.

1st millennium AD .

In good condition. It has been cleaned by hand , but the nice antique patina is preserved. Original, ancient, hand cutting, carving, grinding and boring. The holes are ancient, hand-made, irregular. Traces of use and age on its surface.

Purchased 1995 in Mandalay/Burma by Dr. Zelnik on the local art market.
