Ancient Walu Dogon mask topped with a character.
He comes from the Douenza region.

Geometric style, long and straight nose, triangular eyes, tubular mouth, straight chin projected forward.
On the top, a female figure is fixed, holding a pot on her head.
This figure depicts Yasa, twin sister and wife of one of the heroes of the Nommo culture, who caused rainwater to descend from the sky to the earth into a jug.
The mask has been repaired and glued at the level of the legs. The rest is in good condition.
