Carl Zeiss, Fuji Tessar red T 2.8/50 + adapter M42-fX Camera lens

I am selling the very extensive photography collection of my late father. He was a passionate hobby photographer for 65 years and in recent years also experimented with alternative lenses on digital cameras. He would disassemble the lenses if necessary for cleaning or repair. I am not a photography expert myself, so I describe the lot as thoroughly as possible, including as many detailed photos as possible.

Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 50mm f/2.8 Red T – with Fuji adapter

This classic Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 50mm f/2.8 Red T is a beloved prime lens with the characteristic sharp 'Tessar character' and a beautiful, soft vintage bokeh. The lens comes with a Fuji X-mount adapter, allowing it to be used directly on Fujifilm cameras.
The lens functions technically correctly, focusing and aperture work, but there is still some issue! Please note!! The glass is not completely clean – there is visible dust, but maybe something else as well? I still find it difficult to assess. Perhaps this lens still needs cleaning, as my father used it on a non-working Contax D camera...
I'm offering this with an adapter for someone who can clean the lens themselves, or maybe it's not bothersome.
