Description from the seller

The Losso, based in northern Togo, are a relatively small ethnic group whose artistic and ritual practices have largely remained outside the mainstream of African art history.

The Lamba, along with the Nawdba, are part of the Losso. They make small, abstract statues that somewhat resemble those of the Moba. However, their arms are rarely depicted.

Condition as shown.

Will be packaged with the utmost care and shipped insured with T&T.
