AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Late Georgian tilt-top table — England, circa 1770–1810 — solid oak — original condition

Elegant antique tilt-top table from the late Georgian period, approx. 1770–1810.
Made of solid English oak, with a hand-turned central column and three cabriole legs.
The table still has its original 18th-century tilt mechanism and original slot screws.

The tabletop is made of wide solid oak planks, typical for furniture from the pre-industrial period.
Beautiful natural patina and age-related wear.
Visible old shrinkage cracks and natural irregularities in the wood surface.

The base shows minor old repairs / small historic glue reinforcements, common for furniture of this age (more than 200 years old). The structure is stable but shows authentic wear to the leg joint (see photos).
