Nell’antica tradizione del territorio di Montefalco, dopo aver selezionato le uve per la produzione di Montefalco Sagrantino, venivano raccolte tutte le altre varietà rosse per la composizione di un vino più fresco e di facile abbinamento. Scacciadiavoli prende spunto da questa tradizione e la perfeziona aggiungendo quel tocco che rende questo vino ancor più amabile. Montefalco Rosso DOC si presta ad un invecchiamento per alcuni anni. La presenza di depositi nel fondo della bottiglia è naturale.
