AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

→ 6 cm long x 5.6 cm wide posterior teeth.

It is a cool posterior teeth of Megalodon in natural state. As the name implies, the posterior teeth are the teeth at the back of the mouth and they are considerably smaller in size than those in-front or on the sides of the Megalodon jaw.

The posterior teeth have a distinctive triangular shape as well.

This teeth bears characteristic features of posterior teeth where the length of root becomes considerably longer while the height of the teeth gets shorter. In this teeth as root is quite long (5.6 cm) and the height of the teeth is short (3.7 cm). Again the teeth has very unsymmetrical sides as it can be seen that one side is very long(6 cm) and other side is quite short (3.7cm). The teeth seems to the one which are more towards the front within the back region of the jaw because the teeth is more curved.

The serrations are also quite prominent as well compared to the size of the teeth.

Overall its a very nice specimen.
