For these complex plant liqueurs, original recipes developed by the monks of the abbey are always scrupulously respected. They are thus manufactured from a hundred plants, seeds, flowers, roots or bark preserved in the « Great herbarium » of the distillery. This is their subtle blends and their mysterious distillation in copper pot stills before they are born to age secretly sheltered in large wooden casks.

This gives our liqueurs their unique taste and typicality from the experiences of our ancestors herbalists.

Their composition, the recipe can use 50-100 plants for more complex, offers tasting sensations always renewed.
