■Description

The TOMIX N-Gauge “JR EF81 300 Series (2nd Batch)” faithfully reproduces the EF81 300 series, a locomotive specially developed for operations through the salt-laden environment of the Kanmon Tunnel. The 300 series features corrosion-resistant components, including stainless-steel handrails and a distinctive external appearance. This model accurately captures the details unique to the 2nd batch, including rooftop equipment and side panel design, making it ideal for recreating consists from the JNR era through JR Kyushu operations. Its versatility allows it to be paired with both freight and passenger trains.
