Impressive set of two fossil mammoth molars from a Parisian collection. These remarkable specimens rest on a decorative dark wood base (not fixed).

Second specimen
Length: 12 cm
Height: 12 cm
Width: 6.5 cm

These molars feature the characteristic lamellar structure of mammoth teeth, with their distinctive parallel striations. Fossilization has given the specimens a beautiful amber hue, ranging from golden brown to light beige, with darker areas highlighting their mineralization.
The preservation is remarkable, allowing for a clear observation of the details of the fossilized dental structure. The enamel blades are well preserved and show the typical accordion pattern of mammoth molars.
