Decorated on two sides with the profile head of a lady of fashion wearing the saccos headdress separated by palmettes. The base painted in brown slip.
Size: 10.2 cm H (including knob) - 4 inches - 9.9 cm D - 3 7/8 inches
Material: Terracotta
Culture: Greek, Apulian, South Italy, c. 330-320 B.C.
Condition: Intact
Provenance: The collection of the late Sir Clinton Charles Donald Cory, 5th Baronet of Coryton, acquired at Bonham’s, 26 April 1994.
The seller guarantees that this item has been legally acquired & will be legally exported, related documents seen by Catawiki.
