Chess set - Antique made in bronze casting with a silver finish and marble top, 1970

Beautiful marble chess set with figures cast in bronze and silver plating. The theme of the figures refers to the Crusades, featuring Templar knights and Arabs. It includes a 20 x 20 cm green marble board, 2 cm high, in very good condition. The figures are approximately similar in size, with the larger ones measuring 4.2 cm and the pawns about 3.5 cm, with bases of 1.5 cm in diameter. They are distinguished by their symbolism. All pieces have blue felt on the bases and are in very good condition. The game comes in a display box, which on the other side is marked 'chess game' with a small chip in the corner. The box is made of synthetic PVC with velvet-lined compartments suitable for each piece, measuring 21 x 21 x 2 cm. This is a rare opportunity to acquire a chess set that has been out of production for over 30 years. Despite its age, it is well preserved.
