Description from the seller

Dinnerware set for 8 people made by Richard Ginori, model Mondovì, Autunno decor.

All pieces are finely decorated by hand with a floral design called Autumn, one of the most sought-after and captivating in the Mondovì series.

A great success for Richard-Ginori in the fifties, sixties, and seventies is this service, called Paola, produced in earthenware first in Mondovì and then in Laveno. The design of the shape, with soft and relaxed lines, is attributed to Gio Ponti. Subsequently, the Paola shape was paired with vibrant floral decorations (as in this case) designed and conceived by Cesare Lacca.

The service is in good overall condition. Used little, some plates may show craquelé. Only one more noticeable defect is reported on the rectangular tray, which has yellowed.

The lot consists of 27 pieces painted by hand.

8 appetizer dishes of 20 cm
8 deep plates 21x5 cm
8 flat plates 23 cm
1 round tray 31 cm
Rectangular serving tray, 34x23.5 cm
An oval tray with the same acorn motif, but in a lighter tone.

A total of 27 pieces of extraordinary craftsmanship.

They are true works of art. Top-quality plates, hand-decorated.

Fast express shipping and secure packaging.
