1/18 Scale Ferrari 250 GTO - 1963 - Laguna Seca 2004
Delivered new in the original packaging. Very detailed model.
The model is delivered including a luxury box and a numbered certificate.
Limited edition of only 2200 pieces.
Manufacturer: CMC M-255 (Best quality and finest details in 1/18 scale)
The vehicle shown was delivered to Mrs. Mamie Spears Reynolds in Florida/USA in February 1963 by Luigi Chinetti. Already in the same month, it achieved first place in the overall classification with Pedro Rodriguez at the 3-hour Daytona Continental with starting number 18. Other races and successes included a 13th overall at the 12 Hours of Sebring with Joakim Bonnier in March (4th in class), in June ’63 a 2nd overall at Laguna Seca, in July 6th overall at Pacific Raceway, and also in July it won the class at the Candlestick Race.
In July 1964, it sold for $12,166 and was subsequently only seen at historic races and shows.
With the same owner from 1993 to date, it is restored to perfection and part of the collection of Brandon Wang (USA).
