2021 Domaine de Miramont - Vacqueyras Grand Cru - 12 Bottles (0.75L)

12 bottles of Domaine de Miramont in Vacqueyras Grand Cru of the Rhône Valley.

It is within an ancient 18th-century silkworm farm that the red and rosé Vacqueyras are vinified.
The vineyard spans about twenty hectares, a mixture of rocky plateau and clay-limestone soils.
Always attentive to the vineyard, the Grenache and Syrah vines flourish thanks to a reasoned cultivation method in respect of the environment.

60% Grenache / 40% Syrah, aging in concrete tanks (12 months)

The nose is frank and direct on crushed red fruits, with a fleshy mouth, skillfully extracted tannins, and a peppery and slightly vanilla finish that supports the complexity of the fruit.
