The High-Performance Car Representing the 80s! Tamiya 1/24 Toyota Soarer 2000VR Turbo (24365)
The first-generation Soarer debuted in 1981 as Toyota's first premium personal coupe, gaining popularity with its extensive use of cutting-edge car electronics for the time. This kit is a 1/24 scale plastic model assembly kit recreating the high-performance model “Toyota Soarer 2000VR Turbo,” added in June of the same year.
・Refined Style: Accurately models the sharp styling with excellent aerodynamic characteristics, featuring a long nose and short deck.
・Realistic Interior: Faithfully recreates the luxurious interior with highlights like the digital meter with an indicator showing turbo boost and the genuine leather steering wheel.
・Gimmick: The sliding sunroof is selectable between solid and glass types and can be opened and closed.
・Precise suspension: Detailed reproduction includes the chassis's four-wheel independent suspension system. Tires are made of high-quality synthetic rubber with realistic tread patterns.
・Extensive decals: Includes decals to reproduce the “turbo” markings on the body sides, seat patterns, various emblems, and optional side stripes.
