Bronze zoomorphic finial from the Near Eastern culture, dating to circa 12th–10th century BC, in good condition, measuring 1.9 cm long by 1.7 cm high, with provenance from the Ex SM London collection (acquired 1970–1999) and private collection.

A finely cast Near Eastern bronze finial, modelled in the form of a zoomorphic figure's bust. The animal features a rounded head with a triangular mouth. Detailed incisions depict the eyes and lips. To the rear, there is a small protrusion which represent the tail.
