Two fantastic cushions handcrafted with fabric designed by Piero Fornasetti, 'I Bastoni.'
Iconic fabric from the 1980s now unavailable on the market.
It belongs to a collection of upholstery fabrics distributed to authorized retailers in the 1980s by the company Luciano Marcato.
Luciano Marcato Ltd is also the licensee of the Fornasetti trademark and archive for the production and distribution in Italy and abroad of furniture fabrics, curtains, trimmings, and carpets designed by Piero Fornasetti. Piero Fornasetti, a Milanese painter, designer, sculptor, and set designer, is famous worldwide for his unique works and decorations.
After its disappearance in 1988, his work was continued under the direction of his son Barnaba Fornasetti, who proceeded with the activity while strictly respecting his father's creative and intellectual foundation, ensuring the continuity of the atelier and the enhancement of its artistic heritage.
