AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

German wardrobe or also known as Tuugkast. ( tuigkast)
Very solid and heavy, crafted in beautiful oak wood.
Originally a closet to hang clothes, later fitted with oak shelves.
The sharp miters in the profiles on the doors are typical German.
Derived from the Renaissance.
The lock is very heavy and sturdy and also original. With key.
Under the two doors are two drawers.
It stands on oak wooden skid feet - called 'sloffen'.
The back is also made of oak wood with wide thick planks 2.5 cm thick.
The cabinet is made as a single unit and cannot be disassembled for transport.

Transport:

In the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, France and Spain we transport the furniture in packing blankets and place it inside. In other countries we ship on a wooden pallet in sturdy cardboard and splash-water resistant foil up to the front door. Costs for Netherlands and Belgium 250 Euro.
For islands we charge a higher rate, delivery is to the door, please help as the driver is alone, the driver may not go inside or up the stairs.
The carrier will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
He has your phone number and email address.

>>> These transports usually do not have a track and trace system.
I enter a dummy code into Catawiki's computer system.
You cannot track the transport.
Take photos of the packaging upon receipt to rule out damage during transport.
Usually it is not possible to ship within three days, you may ignore Catawiki’s messages.
Usually it is between three and seven days on the way.
You approve and sign for good receipt with the driver.
Any damage you must report directly on this form.
That is necessary for the insurance.
Damage that occurs afterwards is at your own risk.
An 'empty' form means good receipt.
The carrier will call you to make an appointment for delivery.
You are free to arrange the transport yourself as well, please indicate that in your payment to Catawiki.

For countries outside Europe you must pay extra customs duties and there are extra costs for clearance and administration. For non-European countries I give one amount for convenience but the amounts can vary.
I’m happy to inform you. Please contact me.
