The outfit included two close-up accessory lenses and a bulb flash holder with a transparent shield (to protect in case of an exploding bulb). The camera has two aperture settings, which are f/27 (colored green) and f/64 (red), providing useful depth of field. Due to the small apertures, indoor photographs require flash.

The two aperture settings provide two close-up focus options: 4-8 inches and 10-16 inches. It is necessary to set the aperture lever on the camera and attach the corresponding close-up lens; the close setting uses a +7 close-up lens with a red rim, while the further setting uses a +3 lens with a green rim.

It is also possible to use the camera outdoors in good light. The instructions recommend using the f/27 setting without a close-up lens; focus is then from 4 feet to infinity.

The camera produces 4x4cm images on No. 127 film rolls. The flash uses M-2 bulbs and two 1.5V AA batteries.
