Description from the seller

Beautiful antique Victorian silver-plated fish cutlery, 12-piece / 24-piece set, consisting of 12 fish knives and 12 fish forks, all with bone handles.
The blades and the forks are fitted with a beautifully subtle engraving.
The cutlery comes in the original wooden cassette (Silversmiths Mappin & Webb).
The cassette is beautifully inlaid inside with cream silk and blue felt fabric; on top, the wood is fitted with an empty cartouche.

The specifications are marked with M&W = the renowned maker Mappin & Webb and L & S = London and Sheffield.
Length of fishing scissors: 22.5cm. / fishing tongs: 19cm.
Dimensions cassette 36.5cm x 26cm.

Condition: the cutlery is in good condition; however, each piece has a hairline crack, but overall it is sturdy and suitable for use.
The color of the bone attachments varies somewhat, which is unpredictable because bone is a natural product.
The specification has no silver loss.
The wooden box is in good condition, but it is missing the key.
The photos are a part of the description.

Total weight 2,868 grams.

Is carefully packed and sent registered/insured.
Fast shipping, but pick-up is also possible.
