The silver upper part represents a crown.
The cup is made of very fine porcelain, pierced and enhanced with gold lines.
The central silver part is adorned with a figurine in relief representing a soldier or page from the Renaissance, supporting the four curved uprights.
The lower silver cup is finely openwork decorated with scroll motifs.

The silvered metal foot has been repaired, not original.
