Description from the seller

Fase Lamp 520C – Gray Finish

A true icon of Spanish design, the Fase 520C lamp was conceived in 1968 by Luis Pérez de la Oliva and Pedro Martín for Fase, a brand founded in 1964 in Madrid. Renowned for its modernist style inspired by Bauhaus and Italian design, Fase conquered the world in the 1970s by exporting its creations to more than 30 countries, including France. Synonymous with artisanal quality, this lamp combines functionality with bold aesthetics, becoming a sought-after piece among collectors and vintage design enthusiasts.

The Fase 520C captivates with its timeless elegance and versatility. Featuring a weighted base and a lacquered metal lampshade, it is equipped with an ingenious ball joint allowing precise light direction, making it ideal for an office or bedside table. Its chrome steel arm, with fluid curves, harmoniously contrasts with the colored finish, offering a perfect balance between retro style and modernity. Equipped with two E-27 sockets (bulbs not included) and an original glass diffuser, it emits a soft, warm light. All components are original, except for the plug, which has been replaced to ensure optimal safety.

Appearances in the media: As an icon of mid-century style, the Fase 520C features in cult productions. These references make it a coveted piece among decorators and cinephiles.
