Bakkersgerei – 5 zeldzame Paletmessen – Anno 1841 en ouder - Working tool

These rare palette knives come from a private collection.
The smallest is 25.5 cm and the largest is 51 cm.
The smallest one with a cut-out heart shape in the handle is signed in the handle with copper letters embedded in the steel: HRM 1841. That alone is very special.
The palette knife with the wooden handle and copper band will date around 1900, but the three other handmade ones are probably even older than 1841.

Palette knives are ideal for various presentation tasks such as smoothing batter, glaze, and cream, and are also perfect for lifting cakes and cookies.
