Description from the seller

Cinclus cinclus – 18 x 10 x 13

Magnificent specimen of the Waterthrush, elegantly preserved and mounted on an artificial base. The pose is dynamic and natural, with the body slightly propped forward, typical of the alert and curious attitude of this species along mountain streams.

The chest and throat are of a pure white, contrasting with the dark brown plumage of the head and the gray-brown back. The belly features an elegant rust hue.

Beak and legs are perfectly preserved, with natural tones and a realistic posture.

The general conditions are excellent. No obvious signs of deterioration; the taxidermy has been executed with great skill.

European private collection, stored in a controlled environment.

The condition is excellent, ready for museum display or a high-level private collection.

Very recent preparation in perfect condition.
Weight approximately 0.5 kg.
Shipping via courier
