Three Alessi stainless steel bowls from Italy dating to the second half of the 20th century; an early‑1960s elongated four‑compartment design by Carlo Mazzeri and Anselmo Vitale, a bread/fruit bowl with a wavy rim named Semi traforato (21 cm dia, 5 cm high), and a third geometric‑rim design by Ettore Sottsass from the 1980s (19.8 cm dia, 6 cm high), all bearing light signs of use and Alessi/Alfra marks from the period.

Three Alessi bowls, stainless steel.
Italy in the second half of the 20th century.
The elongated four-compartment tray
a design from the early 1960s
van Carlo Mazzeri and Anselmo Vitale.
The edge is shiny stainless steel.
The four compartments are lightly matte.
Approx. 36.5 x 23.5 x 2.5 cm.
A bread or fruit bowl
with a wavy, raised openwork border
With the name Semi traforato.
Cross-section 21 cm, height 5 cm.
These two scales are marked at the bottom.
Alfra Alessi, 18/10 stainless steel, Italy model/department.
The eagle emblem is also part of the brand.
Alfra with eagle sign was used until 1967.
