Description from the seller

Set of 6 pieces: all-metal ice bucket from the Gallia Christofle collection, France, mid-twentieth century. We are talking about one of the most important French companies, which collaborated with international designers, including Gio’ Ponti among many others.

The bucket presents well after all the years passed; there are small signs of age. We all know that the movable handles where it hits the body have formed two small marks. Look closely at the photos. Height measures 19.5 cm. Diameter is 16 cm. Weight is 1.7 kg.
Glass Fleuron ice bucket with clip by Christofle in good condition, the ice bucket is 14 cm tall, with a diameter of 11 cm. It weighs 900 grams, and the clip is 19 cm long.
Christofle oil and vinegar set with a bakelite base in brown, measuring 23x15x7 cm. Weight: 900 grams. Also marked on the bottles and structure + caps, salt and pepper shaker Christofle design by Lino Sabattini. ATTENTION: one salt shaker has a crack halfway through the 1-millimeter metal structure; see the photo carefully. If possible, it can be repaired by a jeweler; otherwise, it’s okay. Diameter: 3 cm. Height: 8 cm. Sugar shaker included.
Gallia Christofle, designed by Lino Sabattini, was part of a tea service called Mercury. In 1970, it was chosen by President Georges Pompidou for the presidential aircraft in the first class of Air France. It measures 10 cm in diameter, 5 cm in height, and weighs 300 grams.

Small signs of aging but overall well-preserved, collectible items... look closely at the photos... Thank you. ATTENTION: THE GLASS IS TRANSPARENT, AND THE SLIGHTLY BLUE TINT IS DUE TO THE REFLECTIONS in the photos. THANK YOU.
