Siemens 2000 16mm film projector in almost-new physical condition and not tested.
Description from the seller
Rare Siemens 16mm film projector – Astro-Kino Color IV 50mm f/1.6 lens – with original Siemens case – circa 1955/60
A particularly beautiful and complete Siemens 16mm film projector, originating from Siemens' professional series from around the mid-20th century. This example is in exceptionally clean optical condition and is equipped with the highly sought-after Astro-Kino Color IV 50mm f/1.6 projection lens.
The projector was used in educational institutions, film studios, and technical schools. The device supports 16, 20, and 24 FPS, making it suitable for both silent films and sound films. The internal mechanics are notably clean and complete: no oxidation on gears, rollers, or transport mechanisms.
The device is supplied with the original Siemens transport case, which is rarely offered in this condition. The projector fits perfectly into the case thanks to the foldable film arms (the lower of which also functions as a handle).
A notable detail is the stamped marking 'B.f.A.u.A.', Siemens' internal quality and safety inspection.
Country:
Optical projector in excellent, clean condition (see photos). The internal parts appear complete and original. Not tested for functionality — offered as found. The original tube lamp is present. The case shows light signs of use but is structurally in very good condition.
