Im Mittelalter wurde Lapislazuli sorgfältig behütet und gemahlen, um aus dem Pulver in Verbindung mit speziellen Ölen die zur damaligen Zeit sehr seltene Farbe Blau zu erhalten daher auch der Typische Name Azur-blau, was den Stein schon in der Vergangenheit zu einem sehr seltenen und ganz besonderen Stein gemacht hat. Und selbst heute ist der Lapislazuli ein sehr geehrter Heilstein sowie sehr begehrt für die Moderne Innenausstattung.
Ein traumhaftes Exemplar Lapis-Lazuli, bei dem sich die Farben der darin enthaltenen Mineralien abwechseln und einzigartige Farbkombinationen entstehen.
Außerdem ist die Färbung auf der Vorderseite fast vollständig blau, und durchzogen von traumhaft funkelndem Pyrit, der sich durch den gesamten Kristall zieht.
Das wirklich sehr beeindruckende Stück steht für Qualität und Perfektion.
