Description from the seller
Both the Diana F and the Porst Happy camera are viewfinder cameras for 120 format film such as Fujifilm Pro 400H and Ilford FP4 Plus.
Porst Happy
The Porst Happy was presented by Photo Porst in the 1950s. Nürnberg: Photo Porst, 1953 (manufacturer: Great Wall Plastic Co. / Great Wall Plastic Factory). It is a variant of the original plastic cameras that were the model for Lomography’s Diana F, among others.
The lens of the Porst Happy is called Plasicion Lens 1:8; the lens is fixed and cannot be changed.
On the front of the Porst Happy there is a selenium light meter. However, this is a dummy with no function. The flash unit was included with the camera.
Included (German-language) documentation: manual, warranty card and film envelope.
Camera dimensions: 12.5 × 10 × 8.5 cm
Box dimensions: 14 × 16.5 × 8.5 cm
Diana F
The Diana F was produced in the early 1960s by Great Wall Plastic Co. in Hong Kong. It is a simple plastic 120-film camera featuring a 75 mm plastic lens, three-position aperture (approx. f/8, f/11, f/16), a fixed shutter speed of roughly 1/60 sec plus a bulb mode, and an optical viewfinder. The camera comes with its dedicated Diana flash unit. Including English-language manual.
Camera dimensions: 12 x 9 x 7 cm
Box dimensions: 14 x 17 x 7,5 cm
The shutters of both cameras work; beyond this the cameras have not been tested. The photos are an integral part of the description.
Supplied without film and without batteries for the flash.
Interesting for a collector or enthusiast of vintage plastic medium-format cameras.
